Great place to go. Lots of different water activities. I am using the outdoor swimming. Wish I had found it 20 years ago. In the sunshine it can almost feel u r on holiday

First time visitor playing Disc Golf and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and informative at reception and overall had a great experience. Free parking was a bonus as we'd travelled quite far. Will definitely be returning

Box End Park is one of the best outdoor activity and watersports destinations in Bedfordshire. The lakes are beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature and open countryside, while also offering plenty of exciting activities for all ages. One of the best things about this place is the variety of activities available. Whether you enjoy paddleboarding, wakeboarding, open water swimming or simply relaxing by the water, there is something for everyone. The giant aqua park is especially fun during summer and perfect for families, groups of friends or anyone looking for an active day outdoors. The entire site feels very well organised and maintained, with friendly staff, good facilities and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the park. There are also lovely areas to sit and enjoy the lakeside scenery, along with cafés and food options nearby. A fantastic place for adventure, fitness and relaxing outdoors at the same time. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy watersports, nature and fun day trips in Bedfordshire. 🌊🌿

I came here for wake boarding at the begining of april, as a complete novice it was the best expereince i could have wanted. All the staff members were amazing, coaching me through everything. The facilities were also great, with the cafe being there to warm us up with a nice cup of tea and a bacon sandwich afterwards. I will be back for some open water swimming soon.

Came to Box End to swim, easy to find, big car park, well laid out. Friendly staff, great facilities and a nice lake to swim at. I pre-booked a 1 hr slot, which was exact, you will be sent out to the nearest lake exit / bank, if you're in the middle of a lap. This was fine, but be aware. Lap was around 800m in length, there is a natural lane between water ski jumps, or you can, like I did swim right near the edge, it's shallower here. Wasn't too busy, you check-in at the start of the lap, giving over a token (you get as you go through reception and tell them your booking). Changing rooms are warm and have great hot showers. The changing rooms are single sex communal. There is a good place to get a coffee after. Highly recommended.
