I’m a regular visitor to Bramcote Hills and it’s always a lovely walk. You can make it as short or as long as you like, with a mix of wooded areas, a children’s play area, and a vast open space. There’s usually a coffee and ice cream van for refreshments. The free car park is a real bonus, though it can get quite busy as it’s on the smaller side.

Great Park for a mixture of woodland trails and open spaces. There's a car park, but no toilet facilities nearby. The nearest place you could go to use the toilet is either the leisure centre or a local pub. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as most of the woodland is on a steep hill. But this makes for some fantastic views! At the back of the woods there's some bushland and wild grass fields with a few trails you can enjoy. Across the road you can check out Hemlock Stone, which is a natural rock formation of Sherwood Sandstone. Just be careful walking in that section of the woods as many of the paths are designated for mountain biking
