An amazing free day out for the whole family can be had. We enjoyed the play area and the sandpit for hours, before the children took to Cheeky Monkeys - an indoor soft play area. There is a Museum on site, and a little cafe and shop too. We didn't see the museum, but it looked interesting. They were also getting out the sit on top train for the summer, so I am sure we will be back for a ride on that!

Great place with variety of activities. We visited the museum on the ground and first floor. Little ones enjoyed the play area on the first floor. Then the art gallery. There were activities put on by a local school which was extremely popular. We spent some time making things which the children loved being involved with. There were also some avieries outside which housed rescued birds. Didn't use the play area as weather wet n cold. However it looked great with a sand pit right outside and play park over the other side of the grounds. Also didn't use cafe because it was so packed/nowhere to sit. Only criticisms were cafe is too small and not enough parking. Will definitely visit again

Nice little park (better when not peak time as the swings etc can be fully occupied) better to go early! particularly like the sand play area by the museum. There is a cafe nearby for hot drinks and food. Lots of beautiful areas to walk through and big grassy areas for picnics etc too

5 Stars Brampton Park is a lovely, peaceful spot that’s become one of our favourite places to walk. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a great mix of open spaces and paths to explore. Enzo, our Chow Chow, absolutely loves it here — plenty of room to roam, lots of friendly dogs around, and it’s always a relaxing visit. Perfect for families, dog walkers, or anyone looking to enjoy a bit of green space in town. Highly recommend!
