Amazing experience!! My boyfriend and I visited today for the Black and White room, the staff member (colourful hair, very cute heart shaped glasses) was fantastic and really made it a great experience, so lovely and helpful!! The room itself is in great condition, good puzzles and good fun! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back soon!

So much fun and really nice friendly staff!

Games are interesting enough. Almost all puzzles follow the same pattern of finding a four-digit code to open the next padlock. The room we did was pretty tired, and all items seemed well used. It looks like they are not reinvesting any of the ridiculously high fees back into the business. What brings the place down, however, is the staff. The lady who looked after us seemed to be on some sort of power trip. You can expect a stern talk about phones, no photos, COVID social distancing (in 2025), and apparently you’d better not make excessive noise or you’ll get yelled at. They try to herd you through the entire event as quickly as they can. I’m surprised this place still gets customers.

Really enjoyed this. 3 of us all first time escapees the woman explained everything to us and was definitely keeping an eye on us on camera as gave us a couple of clues we desperately needed but hadn't asked for. Great fun and all 3 of us said we would be back

A fun place to go with family, friends and colleagues here. The place is very clean with 2 clean toilets. There are different games and rooms according to the level of difficulty and you have an hour to solve puzzles with given clues to try to break out (they don’t actually lock the room so don’t worry) The lady working there was excellent and very friendly. You can make the selection of break out bookings online. Caution...it’s very interesting and addictive.
