We came in on a wim this afternoon and had the best time! Carol was the kindest and most down to earth lady! It was only the two of us there and we were able to spend SO much 1 on 1 time with the alpacas including walking, petting and feeding them! Incredible experience for the cost. We will absolutely be going back there for some of their other activities. It was also raining but had no negative impact on our visit so I would highly recommend rain or shine! I’ve done many animal experiences and this one was definitely the best experience for the money. I’m surprised we didn’t hear about this earlier. At the end we even sat with our hot drinks (Which are included in the price) and sat chatting with Carol who is very clearly passionate about what she does and was beyond friendly. I could not recommend this place enough, no matter what age! I also called up before hand and the guy was super friendly and accommodating. The animals are all very clearly loved and looked after. This is so positive it sounds fake but we genuinely had the best time ever. Thank you and looking forward to visiting again!😁

We visited with one of our granddaughter's on 16th May then again on 24th May with our other granddaughter. Both girl's were wary at first being in the field with them but soon relaxed and both had the best time feeding and meeting the Alpacas....So did grandad. The staff are so friendly helpful and knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble for them. It is such a lovely relaxing place. The admission is excellent and you can take a picnic and stay there all day. We will all definitely be back Thank you Bridge End Alpacas.

Absolutely brilliant, amazing place and such welcoming owners. Quality time with such adorable alpacas. Would highly recommend to family, friends and other SEN parents or carers. We will definitely return 👍

Had an amazing time even if it was tipping it down! For my birthday my partner surprised me and I had the most amazing time! The owner was so welcoming and really made the experience great, we walked the alpaca’s and fed them and had a hot drink, despite the weather and rain we have an amazing time and I would highly recommend it!

Brilliant experience for my SEN child. Mike and Carol were absolutely amazing in accommodating us as a family. Being anxious how my boy would react and behave Mike was very calming and a funny guy. He made us all feel at ease and accommodated my son very well. Nothing was a problem. We stayed and fed the chickens and Carol let my son feed one of horses a carrot as he wouldn’t settle. All the Alpacas are beautiful, watch out for Hillbilly who likes to chew your clothing. My son had dreamy who was an absolute dream and very fluffy and a cute boy. We’ll be back again soon.
