Amazing place filled with native wildlife. Spent the entire day here with my Dad after visiting Knepp Wildlife Estate the day before (also well worth doing) listening to the very informative keeper talks. We saw every species on offer, even in 25+ degrees heat! We noticed some people looking into an enclosure for 3 seconds and going “nothing in that one” when if you stopped and had a proper look you would see lots of stuff. The keeper talks are definitely the best way to see all the animals. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly - especially the gentleman on the desk as you come in (ex maths teacher). The enclosures were all very naturally laid out and nice to look at - especially the natural otter pools. Overall we had a great day and would definitely recommend.

My partner and I were very impressed with our visit to the centre today. It was lovely to see our native (but often elusive) wildlife up close. The full day programme of talks was superb. We learned so much from the dedicated team of keepers and their enthusiasm for the animals was infectious. Great day out.

A lovely conservation centre with knowledgeable staff. Not a very large place but we spent all day there enjoying watching the animals and listening to the keeper talks. They have a little cafe which sells hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks.

I am full to bursting with happiness from visiting this centre. All the effort the teams go to, to make your visit special and memorable. I take my hat off to the founder David Mills and his efforts in conservation. This is a must see. Do get there early if you can, to see the red squirrels for the 10.30am chat. We absolutely loved the information the guides shared, making us think about how truly wild the cats are and amazing the otters are. There’s so much to learn and see. Go, you won’t regret it.

Very lovely place, keepers are very friendly and helpful. Animals are likely to come out during the talks so you have a chance to see them. Place is not big but definitely you can spend nice few hours, plus they have a caffee and little snack shop by a play area. Prices are very reasonable and that includes the gift shop- kids can easily get something for £5. We will be back during summer time. Check the opening times as there are some restrictions (open mainly during school breaks)
