Visit websiteLovely place! The tower is easily accessible by the top car park. Paying for parking and what part you were allowed to go in was a little confusing. I think the qr code for the parking should be larger and take you directly to the parking page. I asked a staff member for directions at the bottom cafe and they were very polite and professional. An enjoyable experience all round
Very nice scenic location and from the top of the tower the view is amazing. The tickets to go inside the tower are quite expensive and I personally don’t think it’s worth it. There are nice areas to walk around the area and take photos from the outside. Free parking is very limited, you have to go early. Otherwise there is pay and display. The cafe and gift shop have some nice souvenirs. Overall I recommend stopping by, especially if driving from up north.
This place was truly beautiful. Although we don’t use the cafe or go into the tower we did enjoy the grounds. The grounds were lovely, so clean (including the toilets). There was an outside hose tap for you to fill the dogs water bottles which was very handy. I love the dears in sight they were very cute.
It was a very good experience walking in the garden and picnic area. I personally enjoyed how the yellow tower looked under the winter sun. There are a lot of deer that can be seen from outside the fence. There is ample amount of parking available. There are 2 cafés one at the entrance and other further along the picnic area. We tried some vegan cakes and they were delicious. This is the reason why I always prefer a local bakery over the supermarket cakes. On the other hand it is about 1-1.5 hours of walk across the park grounds. Parking fee is like £3.6 for 4 hrs can be purchased online or at the machine at the entrance. It’s better to purchase online saves some time. There are various tickets available for different place like tower or nuclear bunker and so on. Based on the preference you can buy them (online or on site). All in all, this is a place definitely for a sunny day specially during summer and spring. If you have a winter sunny day like we did, that wouldn’t hurt either.
I have seen Broadway Tower from a distance many times, but never been inside and up to the top. I decided to do something about it so went in April this year. I went on a nice sunny week (school) day so it wasn't too busy. Wouldn't like to say how busy it may get at peak times? Well worth it, as I found it very interesting. Some stunning views to be had by going outside at the top. You can see for miles in all directions. Interesting layout in each of the rooms inside. Bet is was great to dine in the Tower. There is a nearby shop, toilets and café/restaurant and car parking. Can't quite remember how much it was, but can remember it's not that cheap. Not too far away are other attractions you can visit. There is a nuclear bunker, and the Lavender Fields at Snowshill. Can make for a great day out, with these attractions all in close proximity to each other.
