Dirty and dated facilities. The lifeguards are rude, and couldn't care less about customers. It was a quiet morning and asked them to assess my daughter so that we can swim together at the deep end - they responded rudely. Shocking behaviour. Go to Charlton Lido instead. Way nicer.

The accessible toilet has been broken for every visit I've taken this year as a wheelchair user, can we please get this sorted? This is a beautiful space i love to come to, but i don't feel very comfortable navigating the space in my chair and it does add some stress

What a dump ! The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. The staff are rude , the sauna is DISGUSTING ( as are the clientele ) I didn’t see anybody showering before using the sauna hence the stench inside the luke warm box. Both the poolside saunas were broken. Why did Fusion waste money on these Christmas cracker saunas instead of investing the money in staff training and simply heating the existing sauna to a decent temperature ? Perhaps Fusion management should take a trip to a Nordic country to see how to do things properly ?!

I came here to try the sauna, which was free to experience, and it was a great surprise. After that, I stayed to watch their last event and it was amazing to see so many people swimming together. The atmosphere felt lively, social, and very London. A really nice place to relax, connect, and enjoy something different. Would definitely come back. 🏊‍♀️🔥✨

Great to see this lido is still in action what an asset for the local people. The water could best be described as toastie on a cold winters day with the sun shining it was magical. I will be coming back
