Very cute little hour out. Its £5 for 2 adults and child was free to go on the train. Train takes about 5 minutes and has things to look at like fairies and gnomes. Its aside a garden center with a fish house which interested the toddler. Make it a day out and go to hickory's smokehouse after if you have a toddler as they can run around outside there while you eat.. winner.

Fantastic family friendly railway line around a very nice garden centre with an excellent restaurant within. The place seems to attract SEND families it’s a little special on the train ride around lots of music fairy grotto and a pirate Cove. Good value at only £2.50 per round-trip which takes about 10 or 15 minutes.

Wonderful little train journey for children (and for me too!). It's very reasonable with a little shop where you can buy the tickets as well as train related toys, badges, name tags etc. So lots of lovely trinkets for the kids, and the volunteers are friendly making it even more enjoyable for children. I've got a multi-ticket as I go so many times! Afterwards you can go to the cafe in the garden centre which is child friendly and has a good range of food.

If you're in the area, it is a must visit. A fantastic miniature railway. £2.50 a ride is valued for money. It is part of a garden centre, which also has everything you'd expect and more. Selling fish, a model shop for example. I had a couple hours to spend while me and family were down that way and i took my daughter along and we loved it. It isn't just a train ride, it is an adventure. With plenty to see as you go round. A fairy garden, gnomes getting up to all sorts were two highlights. The staff were passionate and friendly and it actually circles the garden centre, so much so there are crossings, where people have to wait for the train to pass whilst looking around. The garden centre has a lovely cafe and they sell great tubs of ice cream for the kids. The railway has a station house that is affiliated with Thomas the Tank engine, so it sells all the official toys etc. Although, aren't allowed to use the official name on site.

This was a surprise find when we were visiting the garden centre. It’s a lovely nostalgic miniature train with a little station. The ride takes you around the outskirts of the garden centre. They’ve added a fairy garden and lots of other things for kids to spot. It’s not long but it’s worth it.
