The Staff here are brilliant; very attentive, helpful, and polite. There aren't many places where you are remembered despite not going for months at a time. The food is really good too, I'll recommend the Toasties... I used to cook for Brown's, and trust me, the food here is of good quality. The kids love the soft play and you can watch them from where you sit. Music plays in the background and you just chill, eat and drink. Lovely place. Just come to Bubbles with the grandkids. What a brilliant place. The boys are having a great time. You are made to feel welcome by the staff who are just the best. Will definitely come here again. PS The cheese and onion toasted sandwich are the best!

Even though there is a baby area for under 2s, unfortunately older kids keep running into it making it feel unsafe for little ones. Only one staff member came to ask us if we'd like her to get the older kids out and she did everytime she noticed them, but there were many other staff members walking past not saying anything. There were parents coming in there with clearly older kids as well. It's a shame because it could've been a nice space for little ones, but it's not very fun when much older kids run inside, throw themselves carelessly into the ballpit and decide to empty it. The baby area should either be separate from the rest of the soft play or have a staff member that is stationed specifically to keep an eye out for older kids trying to come in.

Had my daughters 6th birthday party there yesterday and all I can say is brilliant the soft play was brilliant kept the kids busy and the food after was good and good value for money would highly recommend a children's party at bubbles and a big thank you to all the staff all friendly welcoming and nothing to much trouble thank you all so much

We absolutely love Bubbles. We have been coming for over 5 years with our grandsons. Love that no pre booking is required and adults don't have to pay to look after their own children. Ellie is particularly in deserve of praise. She is efficient and friendly and well able to manage a room full of children alongside the food orders. We visited today 23. 04.25 and again had a great time. I need to give a shout out to Paula the amazing chef. We have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work Bubbles team x
