Cadbury World was an amazing experience! We enjoyed exploring the huge variety of Cadbury chocolates and learning about the chocolate-making process. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. My wife and I had a wonderful time, and we ended up buying lots of delicious chocolates. It was a memorable trip, and we would definitely love to visit again. Next time, we'll be bringing our kids so they can enjoy this fantastic experience too. Over priced. Outdated. Rude staff. I am writing to express our deep disappointment regarding our large group visit to Cadbury World today during the 1:30 PM slot. For an attraction that specializes in children's experiences, today's visit was a complete failure. The vast majority of your staff were extremely rude and inhospitable. From the moment we entered, your team continuously rushed us through the exhibits and repeatedly reminded us of impending closure. If a 1:30 PM entry slot is offered, the experience should be properly catered so paying guests can comfortably see the entire attraction. Because we were constantly pushed along, our children were completely deprived of the chance to play, which should have been communicated to us beforehand. Furthermore, multiple sections were completely unstaffed, and several members of our group were not even given the opportunity to participate in the chocolate tempering section. Even while we were PAYING for the chocolates and the photographs, 2 staff walking past made a point to come up to us and tell us that the shop was closing To make matters worse, as we were exiting, I was completely denied permission to use the washroom facilities. We expect a much higher standard of customer care, especially when traveling with children. Cadbury World was an enjoyable experience overall, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The chocolate samples were a nice treat, and learning about the history of Cadbury was interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. However, the biggest downside was the waiting time. We had to wait nearly 2 to 3 hours, which was very frustrating and took away from the enjoyment of the day. Some areas also felt overcrowded, and a few exhibits seemed a bit outdated. It’s worth visiting once if you’re a Cadbury fan or have children, but I expected a smoother and more engaging experience for the price. A decent day out, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Cadbury World is a fun and immersive experience! It was so interesting to learn about the history of the Cadbury family and how the business grew, right alongside seeing exactly how the chocolate is made today. Getting to temper chocolate in the interactive zones was also a brilliant touch. The staff members were very welcoming and always happy to tell you some fun facts about chocolate. Best of all, you get to sample plenty of chocolate along the way! I would recommend booking your visit for a weekday if you can, as it's much quieter and lets you take your time. Plus, they offer excellent student ticket discounts!

Took the family here and we all had a great time. There’s plenty to do - way more interactive than I expected, not just looking at displays behind glass. The kids learned quite a bit about chocolate making (and got to eat plenty of samples, which didn’t hurt). Staff were really friendly throughout, which made the whole experience better. Parking was easy - plenty of spaces available. There’s a decent outdoor play area too where you can sit down with some food and a drink while the kids burn off energy. Definitely better value than a lot of other family attractions we’ve tried. Would recommend if you’re looking for something that keeps everyone entertained without breaking the bank.
