I have been coming to this park for nearly 40 years and it has been lovely to watch it mature into a beautiful green space beside the river with live music in the summer months, its own café and a nearby friendly pub (The Boaters). Lots of shade to walk under (not so much re sitting on the grass) and plenty of friendly ducks and geese including some more unusual varieties such as the occasional mandarin duck and Egyptian geese plus a type of duck I forget the name of. I only wish cyclists in this area would dismount or avoid as it is well-used by small children and their families and dog owners and cyclists seem to resent having to slow down. There is STILL no public loo here apart from the pub loos although I think RBK did a portaloo trial one summer. Lovely walk along the River Thames.

Lovely park along the Thames in Kingston. Boaters Inn pub is in Canbury Gardens. Good pub with great views. Public are allowed to use their loos as well. A delightful restful park. I love walking along the Thames watching the water birds, boats and rowers.

Clean and lovely place to walk along the river Thames. Nice cafe and a pub for food & drinks. Lovely cheery blossoms in the swan path during season. Easy to find parking nearby. Small playground for kids.
