Large park opposite the beach with a kids play park, boating lake, cafe and toilets, car park and tennis courts. All level access with paved paths for wheelchairs and baby buggies and steeped in history. The WW2 bouncing bomb early scale model was tested on the boating lake.

Lovely lake, me and my husband often walk around it come rain or shine! We have also had several goes on the pedalos over the years with friends and family too. It's a beautiful location. That being said, over recent years it appears to have been let go and on our most recent visit last week the lake was covered in algae, full of litter, bird poo covered the paths and benches - it needs a real big clean up! Such a shame - as we have always loved visiting here.

Beautiful mini lake in Southsea, amazing swans and other birds. Everyone always has a nice time here. In the summer expect the grass areas to smell amazing due to all the various BBQ's going and anytime of year you can enjoy the surroundings. At night it looks fantastic with the coloured lights. Make sure you get some bird seed from the local café next to it for £1 and don't feed the birds bread!

Amazing place so much fun for kids and adults great eateries parking its just a world away from the real world but full of fun and joy for adults and kids alike

Amazing n lovely spot to visit in Southsea. A beautiful lake with ducks, swans & pedal boats. All kinds of birds & a play park for children. A cafe is located in the park for tea and a relaxing sit down in the shade.
