Today I went white water rafting for the first time and what a place to do it. The team are absolutely amazing. There was an issue with our booking that wasn’t their fault and they were so accommodating and bent over backwards to fit us in. The whole experience from being to end was so professional, all the staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. Charlie, our boatman was great fun and we all had the best time. Thank you so much to all the team. I can’t wait to come back

Simply brilliant!! Great welcoming staff from the second you walk through the door. Everything fully explained and the guides were clearly out to ensure that everything was done as safely as possible yet still adding enough danger to make it fun! Our instructor was Pinky who was great. He made a point of getting to know us before hand and tailored the session to make sure that we ask experienced the different parts of the boat but also to account if differing abilities! I’d been recommended to come here by friends and colleagues and wasn’t disappointed! Very reasonable price given that we got the while two hours which flew by! I’ve seen a few reviews here which say that they spent most of the time going backwards and forwards in the minibus, clearly they don’t understand how rivers work! Great value as we took the whole raft for the five of us, there is a photographer who got some great photos of us which were a pretty reasonable price but we didn’t go for that as we had family on the bank at various points taking photos. If you want to experience white water and don’t mind getting soaking wet while having a lot of fun come here, you definitely won’t be disappointed!! Thanks for making a great family birthday experience 👍👍

Brilliant experience for anyone who loves water. Don't take anything as all you need is provided but wear your swimwear as you will be getting wet. Our instructor was Brendan, he was engaging and gave good instruction. He made sure we all had a different seat each time on the 3 runs. He made us laugh and kept us all safe. Would recommend the experience on the 6 seat white water rafting. All the staff we met were friendly and informative. We will visit again, maybe for the kayaking. Great day out.

This was a brilliant experience! We’re so glad we came across the National White Water Centre during our holiday in Wales. The staff were all fantastic – so friendly and helpful – and we felt completely safe, which made it easier to relax and enjoy the experience. Particular thanks to our guide, Finn, who made the day especially memorable. We would definitely recommend it as an unforgettable activity to do with family and friends!

We had the most fantastic time white water rafting today. Brendan our guide was brilliant, kept us all safe whilst infusing humour and fun into the experience. He tailored the rafting to each couples preferences/ability. I would highly recommend!
