We booked a visit here for our anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff were exceptional, so welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to both the guests and the well-being of the animals. They even surprised us with a Happy Anniversary card 'signed' by the staff and cats, which was such a thoughtful, touching gesture! The cats themselves were an absolute joy. They are incredibly friendly, happy, and playful. The absolute highlight of our visit was when Mog decided to curl up right in my wife's lap! It was so clear that the cats feel entirely safe, loved, and comfortable in this environment. The only minor downside was that the cakes we ordered were quite dry. However, the extraordinary hospitality, the lovely anniversary gestures, and the wonderful feline company more than made up for it. If you are looking for a heartwarming, relaxing, and well-managed experience in Liverpool, we cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to the wonderful team (and especially Mog!) for making our special day so memorable.

This is my 2nd time visiting this cafe but this time with my boyfriend. It's a cute cafe and from the last time I came 2 years ago there are definitely a few different cats than before. The cats are cute and there are some in all floors but the bottom and 1st floor definitely has more cats. The thing we noticed is those that had the birthday parties and celebrations had stuff for the cats to have which made the cats go to them more instead of going to other people. I think if you don't have any food, cat or human, the cats won't come up to you. It's kind of where they're used to going to those that have food. It isn't that the cats don't have their own food either because they do but I think they're just accustomed to how customers are which is a bit of a shame. For the hour that you book, you get to have unlimited drinks from the drinks machine which has coffee and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is the best out of all the drinks in my opinion. Couldn't get enough of the taste. There's some juice dispensers next to the drinks machine but when we went, they were almost finished. Food was good but okay priced and I think they should change the prices of when people stay longer. The guy at the front desk said usually he lets people stay as long as they want but we got charged the full price again when we stayed 2 hours. I think having a reduced price would make it easier for people to come back or stay longer otherwise it eats into people's wallets. Still think it's a cute cat cafe but still think we could find a better place elsewhere.

Loved coming here! £16 each, free drinks for an hour. The cats weren’t that interested until I got a scone with cream………then they were jumping on the table and trying to get to it. Will definitely go back Edit 2nd visit wasn’t as good. The bengal cat (Mr D’Arcy) has retired and the remaining cats must have been getting treats elsewhere. They were even more aloof and not even interested in cream and jam! They have started charging extra for cans of pop, although still get hot chocolate/tea/coffee as part of the entrance fee

Such good value for money. Unlimited hot and cold drinks with paid entry. The cats were happy, content and appeared well looked after. Lots of areas to explore and it was a lovely environment. If I lived in the area I'd use this as my local for sure. Hope to be back soon

2nd time visiting here and it never fails to make me feel better after leaving. The cats are absolutely beautiful and inquisitive. Drinks and food were perfect. I will definitely be coming back again in the future Only downside, I feel like there should be staff on each floor at all times (I know that's not possible in this world) as there was a lot of children unaccompanied with the cats handling them wrong so it would scare them away from people who were enjoying the company of the cats.
