Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. You can tell they respect and care for the cats, but as a customer, the experience was super terrible…… I've been to cat cafes in Asia, and this one was by far the priciest, had the tightest time limit, and was the least fun. The free drinks were just a self-serve machine, and the cups were dirty. I get that cats sleep a lot, but it mostly just felt like I paid too much money to sit in a room where a cat might occasionally walk past you.

I strategically sat near a group of 3 cats grooming themselves (one was asleep). If I hadn't done this, there's no way I'd have been able to touch any, as some were asleep and the few that were awake were always surrounded by people. I didn't get a drink as I knew I'd lose my spot if I did. Some people broke the rule of not touching while they slept (I don't blame them), while others didn't leave when they should've done. A couple in particular ordered a meal close to their departure time, so not only took up space, but added to the crowd. I was able to get really good pics and vids though I think it's more of a between £12-£15 than £18 affair.

This place is great! The cats are adorable and the staff are very kind. I didn’t buy any food but it did look very nice. One thing that could be improved though is to tell customers beforehand that if they arrive in the afternoon the cats will be too full to be given treats, as I was quite looking forward to it 🥲

Went today and was lovely experience the new space is open and very modern perfect relaxing afternoon, the cake we had was very tasty aswell as the milkshakes and reasonable prices. Was lovely to see all the new cats in their home, staff are lovely and friendly and happy to answer all our questions about the cats. There was a good variety of unlimited drinks that are included with the entry fee and staff were happy to help with ordering food and premium drinks. Looking forward to my next visit.
