Left without being able to experience it. Website says from 8yrs old but our 10yr old who is not a short 10yr old was told he couldn't go on the carts. Now I understand why the girls on the desk have made the decision but the website is incorrect and misleading. We traveled an hour and payed to park to walk straight back out. I would not recommend on our experience today.

We came here tonight. Absolutely brilliant we didn’t have to wait long. All the staff were lovely I was offered a space on the go karting as someone cancelled but I wasn’t able to as I had epilepsy but to come up and offer that it made me feel happy so thankyou . There was one young man who made the visit extra amazing he was called yuri I think that’s how it’s spelt. He was lovely to speak to and helped my daughter feel comfortable as she was the one going on the go karting and she had bad anxiety. The overall experience was fun, even though you didn’t get long on the track it was still fun. We will definitely be back!!!

Cannot recommend. We booked this for a birthday day out, booked the 12.40 slot for 6 people (which the website said was available). Get there 10 mins prior and get checked in without issue. Then the issues started, we are told that we can't all go on together at our booked time as they have 2 groups of 5 also booked and it is 8 people on the track at a time maximum. So, we needed to split up because of their error and had to split into 2 sets of three. Bearing in mind, the maximum on the track is 10 (according to their website and what they told a group after us) so as they had overbooked the slot they could have put the two groups of 5 together for one slot and then kept us together for the next one, not splitting up any groups. When we asked if there was anyway at all that we could be kept together as it was a birthday treat, we had a firm no 'as they are fully booked'. The first group of 3 then get called through, at 1pm (our booked time for 6 people was 12.40). The second group of 3 then gets called in at 1.20pm and we are told that we are the 1.20pm slot! So now, 40 minutes after our booked time and they havent even attempted to say they're running late, they've just split us up to suit them and make more money. As the second group of 3 was not called in until 40 minutes after our booked time we ended up missing our next activity and one of the group had to run over to the next venue and see if there was a later slot we could have, luckily, they did and were accommodating. £180 spent, would not say it was value for money. I must add, we were not a one off. As we were leaving another group of 8 had been split up to work around their bookings also. They had not been told of this prior either.

Travelled down from Glasgow last night, dropped my daughter at a concert, took my son and his friend here. We got caught in the most horrendous traffic I've ever seen and almost missed our slot, but the two guys on reception last night went above and beyond to help us out. They could not have been nicer. Honestly, first class customer service. I can't thank them both enough. The boys had a brilliant time on the Karts, there were 5 different races/tracks. The maps are so fun. Totally different to anything we have in Glasgow. The little medals and photos at the end just topped it off. This would be great for a birthday party!

Really small. Very short time on the track. Staff did nothing to make it exciting. I spent 150 quid for 5 boys for a birthday treat. It was all finished in 20 minutes
