Christmas present for grandparents and granddaughter. Cannot recommend enough. Our guide, Maisie, was friendly and very knowledgeable. The alpacas were amazing. The afternoon tea was better than we expected being a small farm cafe. Lovely gift.

I have done several walks here before and decided to book them for my wedding on Saturday. We had 2 gorgeous boys as the ringbearers for our ceremony, who then stayed for the drinks reception and to do some photos with us. They behaved really well and were such a fabulous addition to our special day. Thank you for being awesome Mali during the booking process, thank you to the excellent handler for keeping them calm, and thank you to doughnut and perception for being excellent chaps!

Fantastic birthday experience. From the greeting received at check-in right through to the service received during my afternoon tea, polite, professional and exceptional. Maisie was our guide, very personable and knowledgeable; I walked Donut, whom I absolutely loved! Absolutely recommend Charnwood Alpacas for an experience that is unique......afternoon tea was delicious and charming. Another one off my bucket list. We had a great time doing the Easter kids alpaca walk. The walk was very short but my 2 were not phased, they just loved having the alpacas with them! Some smaller children were nervous of the alpacasa as they are quite big and can be a little unpredictable (which we found hilarious). We then got to feed some rather large piglets and got fully immersed into a pen of cria. The chilli bean cafe is also worth a visit whilst you're there, we had some delicious cakes and drinks.

Josh and Jane truly made our visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and genuine care made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The experience felt personal, thoughtful and unhurried, with plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings and interact with the animals. Feeding the sheep was a real highlight and something we will remember for a long time. The afternoon tea was excellent value, beautifully presented and delicious, with generous portions and a lovely selection. Everything felt well organised yet wonderfully down to earth. A special place run by special people. Highly recommended.
