We had a brilliant Saturday afternoon at Chatham Snowsports Centre with our two girls (6 and 10), and it couldn’t have gone better. They absolutely loved the tubing and tobogganing—plenty of laughs, just the right level of excitement, and really well organised so everything flowed nicely without long waits. It’s one of those places where the kids are fully engaged from start to finish, which makes life very easy as a parent. The staff were genuinely lovely—friendly, helpful, and great with the children, which always makes a big difference. You get the sense they actually care about making it a good experience. We also spent some time in the restaurant afterwards, which was a real bonus. Properly good food, great coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere—more than just your standard “activity centre” offering. All in all, a fantastic afternoon out. We’ll definitely be back soon.

To have a well maintained dry ski slope where the facilities are good but most importantly the slope is well kept is great. There is also a really fun toboggan ride. The centre delivers training for skiing and boarding. It has a race club as well. We attended today as my son attended the open ski session.

Worth the 90 minute trek to Kent. Chatham Snowsports Centre has no snow but really good outdoor snow sports activities for all ages that appeals. Not far from London, easy to reach by train although tucked away in beautiful suburban surroundings.

We went here and had a fun afternoon tobogganing. We purchased the five slides per person and it was good value for money. The toboggan course itself is quite long so each slide is a good length. It is suitable for older children and adults. We did not use the dry ski slope but it did look very good for the skiers using it. Would recommend for a fun afternoon out to entertain older children.

We went for the tobogganing and had a great time whizzing down the track... Lunch in the cafe was cozy and overlooked the dry ski slope, so you could watch the skiers and snowboarders on their journey down the hill. There is also a small dry slope for inflatable rings that looked good fun for children and adults. The cafe had a good choice of food from burgers to toasted sandwiches, drinks and snacks. A good, fun and different couple of hours.
