Lovely place for children aged 8yrs to 16yrs. Younger ages can go but an adult needs to stay with them. All sorts if activities like table tennis, arts and crafts, snooker, pool, zip line, football/basket ball court, swings, gaming, movie, tuck shop, board games, badminton/tennis. They are soon having an upgrade with a bigger new purpose built cabin and many other things. This is a safe place and all the staff are great!

What a lovely adventure playground! My son has just turned 8 and has been enjoying the facilities at bennetts end and adeyfield so asked to try out chaulden, although not much to do as being refurbished the staff have made it fun for the children. Jane gave a tour of the facilities and the staff kept my son entertained learning new card games. I bought along my 1 year old border collie to walk in the nearby field so to be close by and it really is a beautiful walk. Fantastic service will definitely be back.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. It's just needs a massive investment to get some play equipment in and a clean. Once it's had a bit of investment it will be worth a visit but the kids enjoyed having a brief play.

We took the kids here expecting a fun and well maintained playground, what we found was a run down building with very poorly maintained facilities, out the back of the building is a garage that should be condemned and is not safe to be around. The staff look as much run down as the playground itself and not once did a smile cross their faces. All in all I will be avoiding this place as I would prefer not having to get a tetanus shot. I have given it 2 stars as the outside climbing facilities were not to bad.

I think compared to many others in Hemel Hempstead this is much bigger. Lots of options for kids. You can host small parties in the main hall, which has kitchen and a social room as well. Overall good.
