Absolutely wonderful, came with my 8 and 2 year olds. Staff warm and very welcoming. On arrival I spoke to staff about food allergies and they have been very accommodating with lots of alternatives. And I must say that the Banana loaf with fudge topping was exceptionally good. Big thanks to all the staff, my children and I will be back soon for more cake

Definitely starting to show its age, a bit dirty and lots of toys were broken or missing parts. Under 3’s area full of much older children as this rule was not being enforced. Reasonable entry price.

Had a great time. Staff were great. Facilities were clean. The coffee and cake were LOVELY. Toys and soft play were all very clean. The only thing I will comment on was the slide in the main area. I took my daughter on it and it was so fast I struggled to stop at the bottom and went into the mesh, I think it could do with more stopping space or less of a drop at the end of the slide.

Poor attitude to special requirements refused specialist food and drink under the rules of H&S yet all food and drink available on site is not available to those with allergies or consideration for those with ASD and other needs. Will never come again. Clear discrimination on grounds of disability.

The soft play itself is decent — a bit tired looking in the toy area, but the kids still had plenty of fun, which is the most important thing. However, I’ve been a few times now and unfortunately, I’ve consistently found the same issue with the café. Despite signs on the tables clearly stating that dairy-free alternatives are available, none have ever been offered when I’ve asked. On one occasion, I was even told off by a staff member for giving my child a piece of fruit I brought from home — without being asked why. As someone with dietary restrictions, I always carry safe snacks just in case, and it felt really unkind to be treated that way. Sadly, for this reason, we won’t be returning.
