A beautiful, big heritage lido. Lovely grounds. Had a great swim, it's brilliant the pool is big enough for lane swimming and free swimming at the same time. The café is a lovely building with a good menu but the staff team need training in interaction with the public. Basics like "Please", "Thank you", "Good afternoon. Can I help you?" etc are entirely absent. Sour faces take the place of smiles. Orders were inaccurate and hot food served cold. New management needs to guide the team, the existing is rude with no evidence of awareness or skill .

Very clean, well organised, busy but not too busy so that you couldn't enjoy it. The staff were polite and friendly. Bit of a queue at the cafe but that was to be expected. We had a great afternoon, the kids enjoyed themselves, slides are a nice touch.

Disgusting staff, pools and rest of the facility dirty and not worth your money or time! Absolute joke of a place! The way it is run I wonder how it is allowed to be open.

Absolutely amazing. A full 5 star experience. The Nordic Spa at Cheltenham Lido is a must do this winter. I couldn't take many photos inside, but trust me, the saunas are on a completely different level. Don't miss it
