Very strange staff at this place to say the least, I was sitting in the sauna trying to relax and this funny little woman that works there opens the door and starts reading the riot act about kids not being allowed in the sauna. If she opened her eyes she would clearly see the youngest person on the sauna was not a child. So then about 5 mins later we had some funny little man (staff member)open the bloody door again and starts giving lectures about not shaving in the sauna. I'm both instances as far I was aware were just not true. Please can the manager of the pool tell the staff to just be less aggressive and a bit more polite wile they investigate these random made up story's.

Started swimming lessons here this week with my three children. One who has special needs and was very nervous. Will the instructor was more than accommodating to his needs giving him space and time to adapt to the new atmosphere. A lovely man thank you so much

Used the soft play with my toddler (2yrs) and baby (4 months) and will not be returning due to the lack of baby changing facilities on the same floor as the soft play. The only facilities for me (a woman) to take my children are up two flights of stairs. My baby was in the pushchair and when I asked the receptionist how I was supposed to get upstairs with the pushchair while carrying my toddler she asked why didn’t the seat of my pushchair unclip. I even had offers from some lovely users of the pool to look after my toddler while I took the baby upstairs but I am not comfortable with leaving my child with a stranger. I was told I couldn’t use the pool changing as I can’t take the pushchair in there which makes it incredibly difficult to carry both toddler, baby and the nappy bag. I shouldn’t be made to feel that I cannot take two small children in nappies out to places by myself that are made for children and I find it hard to believe this has never been raised as an issue before.

Lovely soft play for the kids, pretty cheap around £3 each and you can stay as long as you like. It has a big section for older kids and a smaller section for younger ones.
