My daughter (she's 14) are i are regular visitors for the ice-cream 🍦😋. In all fairness that's the only reason for our visit but that in itself is worthy of a 5 star review. So many wonderful flavours to choose from. The quality is amazing and the price is fair and reasonable. Delicious 😁 so well worth a visit. There will of course be so much more on offer and available to do if you have younger children. At a cost of course, but if you don't have young children or any children for that matter and you like ice-cream. Get yourself to Churchfields 😁

Visited churchfields farm today with our 8 year old.. Looks a lot like what was once probably a working farm which has now hybridised over to part farm part visitors petting farm to survive. It's not the biggest of places I've visited . But it's really nicely done. It's clear to see their is still Some Development taking place. But it by no means spoils the visit. Every member of staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and happy to talk about the place. We took packed lunches which was great. The weather was really warm and we left a cool box in the car and return to car at lunch time to grab it and use one of the many picnic tables sctatterd around the place(car park is close) . The cafe on site looked good though we did only use it for drinks and some Of their own icecream which is made on site I believe. Plenty for younger kids to do. Maybe not great for teenager unless they love animals. The price of entry was cheap £6.50 for adults. £9.50 for kids. Feeding the lambs was 1.50 each. Tractor ride to see Highland cows £2 each (10mims ish) though their are a couple in the animal field. A really nice place to visit. We will Def go back. I think personally they could put their prices up a little on entry and it would still be great value and not put people off. Don't forget spare clothes if the foam party is on

Ice cream is fantastic as always, however the new layout of the cafe is really disappointing (think primary school cafeteria and you’ll be spot on). There is a small “quiet room” but it isn’t very well signposted and staff kept propping the door open, which kind of negated the point of the quiet room as there was a children’s birthday party going on on the other side of the door! Hot drinks were served in paper takeaway cups even though we were sitting in! There were no lactose free options of ice cream for my lactose intolerant daughter which is a shame for somewhere specialising in ice cream. Overall it was a really disappointing experience compared to previous visits which had been to a charming, characterful barn with a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely location with plenty of parking. Stopped here for lunch on our way back to Cheshire. Coffee was lovely. Food was okay. I had Tuna mayo jkt potato which didn’t seem as fresh as it could have been. Coleslaw was shop bought and not great quality-some nice homemade ‘farm-produce’ coleslaw would have been nice! Hubby enjoyed his panini. Service was quick as there weren’t many people eating. Would I recommend-go try it! Will I revisit-probably not ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m really sorry to say this but Halloween is pretty awful here this year. Half building site, sorrowful children’s disco, slow service in the cafe. Other than two, the go carts were all broken so unusable. I’m not sure what has gone wrong because We came here two years ago and it was much much better but they seem to have gone backwards. Either budgets were tight or they didn’t want to invest this year. My advice is not to spend the money as it’s not worth it. I’m giving it two stars because the new park is good. I can’t post many pictures as there are kids in them.
