My boy loves his teds. We took him here for his 10th birthday. We filled up two trolleys of soft toys and he had 2 goes of the human claw, each time winning a giant soft toy. He was allowed to trade in some of the small soft toys for bigger, better quality ones at the end which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, regularly mixing the machines up so the the soft toys can be easily won. We came home to a pool party in the beautiful sunshine and England went on to win and go through to the world cup semi finals. In my sons words "This is the best birthday ever!" Thank you claw kingdom for being part of our day and making our visit pleasant. 🥰

Came across this on Instagram and Facebook, the videos and pictures looked amazing! I grew up on claw grabbing arcade machines and my 4 kids love arcades. We went for my daughters 10th Birthday (06.06.26), beforehand they were all very excited they couldn't wait to play. We got alot of tokens, 2 baskets full. They were extremely happy. They also all had ago on the human grabber machine and that was fantastic! They loved it. The staff, the lady who i am assuming is the owner is absolutely lovely, she was so helpful and i explained i have an autistic son who does have melt downs if he loses and the lady understood and honestly helped him win some prizes! He was happy. She was restocking and making sure the machines are refreshed with some easy wins for the kids. The lady made my now 10 year old birthday a memorable one and she even ran back inside to say thank you. The staff were polite, professional and respectful. I would recommend this to all my friends and family, and I will definitely be back again! My van was literally full of teddies and all the kids were sleeping on the way home! Happy day! Thank you again, I would give more than 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Had the BEST time at Claw Kingdom with the family! We honestly couldn’t believe how many cuddly toys we came home with, it became very competitive very quickly 😂 The machines actually felt fair and fun to play, which made it even more exciting when we started winning loads. We left with shopping trolleys full of plushies and some very happy faces! The human claw machine was such a hilarious idea too. Also, a special mention to the lovely lady working there who was so welcoming and friendly. It was really nice hearing the story behind Claw Kingdom and how it’s grown into such a success. You can tell a lot of love and hard work has gone into the place. Such a fun, colourful, feel good place for families, couples, or anyone wanting to unleash their inner child for an hour or two. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited after school this afternoon on the request of my daughter for her 10th birthday. Was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but prepared to give it a chance. Yes it is tiny, and I would agree that the video clips on Insta etc could be a little misleading in that respect. Despite this I thought there was a decent selection of toys, and my daughter loved all the neon! It was pretty quiet, and we had a more pleasant time because of that. If it had been crowded this review might be different! Paid £20 for 60 tokens, and when the member of staff there heard it was our daughter's birthday, she gave us some free tokens as well, which was nice. We know these kind of games are mostly down to luck, so were prepared that she might not win loads, but she managed to win 9 plushies in total and was very pleased with her haul. It is an expensive way to buy plushies, but it's also about the fun of the challenge. We didn't spend long there, only about half an hour, but our daughter was happy so we were happy! At no point were we offered free tokens for leaving a good review, so don't know what that's about. The staff member there was kind and helpful, especially when my daughter was nervous about going on the Human Claw. Wouldn't visit regularly, but as a one-off birthday treat, it was good!

We had a great time at claw kingdom! The staff were lovely and welcoming and friendly throughout. There is soooo many machines to use and the human claw machine was so much fun! You buy tokens from the machine then choose which games you want to play they start at 1 token so it’s very affordable and pretty easy to win!! Great fun
