Great climbing facility for younglings and probably old-lings too. My 8 year old loved it and a special mention to Jack who has one of the staff working the climbing area. He was great when my son was a bit nervous on the leap of faith.

I attended for the first time for a child's birthday party. First of all, my son is 5, so i thought upon entry that he wasn't tall or old enough to enjoy the facilities. It appears my suspicions were correct. He was ushered into a room for a safety briefing, which seemed to last over 20 minutes. I then saw him wandering around with a harness on waiting to be clipped to a wall to climb. I had to try and figure it out myself to make sure he could climb a wall safely. I then didn't know how to unclip him, so we had to wait a while for a member of staff to help. The venue seemed overcrowded. The party tables were placed far too closely, and it made it difficult to move. There was only 1 toilet, this is a problem with a party full of children. The staff appear uninterested in helping the children clip and unclip. Therefore, you must be with your child at all times. Not sure what would happen if there was an accident. The party room wasn't very impressive, and the children were served up food in heated bags. I wouldn't return. Especially so when a 5 year old is nowhere near big enough to enjoy the time. There were grown adults climbing the walls too.

Great place for a family day out. The staff were clear and friendly whilst demonstrating during the introduction segment. Once the kids were harnessed up they were ready to go into a decent selection of climbing walls. The staff were very helpful when the kids needed help clipping up or getting off but they got the hang of it after a short time. For the price it was a great morning out and the kids burned of a lot of energy.

Our first experience at Clip and Climb Stockton today and it was great. We were 5 mins late for our session and the still let us join in rather than wait for the next one. The safety brief was just enough without over kill and eating into your climbing time. Lots of variety in the climbing room. Some of the walls are challenging and trying to beat the speed wall in 15 seconds isn’t easy! All in all a great experience and we will defiantly be going back. 😃👍
