Absolutely fantastic!!! I took my scout group here and they opened especially for us. The booking was easy and simple and their communications with me was brilliant. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit the very best it could be. My scout group loved it and are already asking to go back. There is a small cafe upstairs where you can buy coffees etc. The staff even opened this just for us. We are already looking at when we can go back. We went on the 31st December 2025 It was our first time here, my 4 year old was so well looked after and had an amazing time! Super clean premises, so friendly, warm and inviting. They were so helpful and so kind! I wish we had come here sooner as we just live around the corner and it’s so fun! We will definitely be back again. Both ladies that were helping my son especially the one that encouraged and helped him climb down on his first try were so so amazing with him! I definitely recommend to young children, my son is 4 and it was his first time ever trying an activity like this. It’s super child friendly and really good for older ages too, there are a variety of different level walls to climb!

We've been to the one in Ilkley, but it was our first time here for a friend's birthday party and it was great, my daughter had a great time, staff wondering around incase help was needed. My only gripe is that there was no milk alternative, oat, soya, almond, wasn't great when I needed a coffee.

An exciting and fun venue. The different challenges are suitable for a broad variety of age groups. There is a coffee shop upstairs and a viewing balcony. The building is bright, spacious and clean. The staff here were very helpful. Yhey were also cheerful and capable. There is an opportunity to park at the front of the building, but it is time limited.

My girl had the best time here, excellent experience, the staff on duty were so friendly and helpful. The climbs are very safe with something for all ages. (Recommended for 5+) Online booking: one hour session £13.50 + £2.50 (vertical drop) at Peak time.
