I have been to clip and climb multiple times with my son and always had great experience. But today I want to review the experience of having my son’s bday party there last week. The support I received from booking to adding children , catering to individual allergies, prompt replies to every query , made it all so seamless. I have never been so chill at my own parties. The anxiety take over but their arrangement made me feel like I am the guest at my own party. The kids wrist bands were ready in an envelope when we arrived, party room was decorated and a person was ready before the start time to do the briefing. Kids enjoyed the climbing, drop slide, leap of faith. The team was ready to feed the hungry and tired kids once climbing session was over. Food and drinks kept coming and there was never a serving plate empty. We were offered knife, lighter etc for the cake though we were prepared so didn’t need that but I was happy to see the level of service they provided. Everyone left happy and declared it the best party they ever had.

My colleagues and myself from Eastern education group attended Clip ‘n’ climb today For a PD team building session. From the first communication of booking the trip all the staff were extremely helpful and set up the day for us. What are my colleagues had a fantastic day Finished off with delicious lunch of pizza, chips and chicken goujons. I celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Clip and Climb and everything was absolutely perfect! The activities were fun and safe, and all the kids had an amazing time throughout the event. The food was surprisingly good—fresh and well prepared. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and respectful, always ready to help and make sure everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was lovely, the organization was flawless, and we were able to enjoy the whole experience without any stress. I highly recommend this place for parties or family activities. We will definitely be coming back!

I have been twice to this venue, not only does my child love it but so do I. The thing that strikes me is that the whole place is so clean! I have had experience of working in a sector catering for similar activities with multiple children and adults coming and going throughout the day, and it is clear that the team of staff at this centre take great pride in offering the best experience, and the effort they put into the cleanliness and presentation really took me by surprise ! Not only this but the staff are genuinely kind, and helpful. On both occasions my daughter has been given support from the staff in techniques and confidence, and has gone from scaling one wall to three in just 2 visits. On a side note, we did Pizza night, and it was really lovely. I had the chilli loaded fries which were outstanding and presented so nicely. I am a mother who genuinely normally dreads going to venues like this fearing the noise, poor customer service, mixed with unhygienic environment - but honestly I could visit here weekly. WELL DONE TO THE TEAM OF STAFF THERE - Keep doing what you are doing as you are a really great place to visit!

Thank you so much to the amazing team at C&C Ipswich!! We came for a Kip & climb with our Cubs group. Our son has physical weakness and a rare genetic condition but we contacted your great team before we arrived and from the start, he was made to feel empowered, included and supported!! For an activity he finds really hard, difficult and exhausting, with some small adaptations you supported him, helped him throughout and made this so enjoyable for him. He was able to climb alongside his peers and he was included fully!! To see him achieve just what his other Cubs were achieving and his smile!! He was beaming and so happy!! Thank you so much Tom!! For this Eti and our family will never forget you!! To be a fully inclusive activity was amazing. Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough. Friendly, helpful and listened. Our other two kids had the best fun too!! We can’t wait to come back. And we had the best time!! Thanks team!! 100% recommend!!
