First trip to cocos this week. And what a great little place it is. Super friendly staff, great coffee and perfect lay out of soft play, we could see our children from the seating area which was great. They do party packages as-well which are really reasonable, so will definitely look into the party options when birthdays come round. Highly recommend for pre school age.

I have visited frequently over the last month or so for children’s birthday parties, its such a shame as the staff are really friendly but the cleanliness of the whole place from the floors, to the tables, the toilets & worst of all the soft play just needs a really deep deep clean. Every time my children have been i’ve had to bin their socks as they were so filthy and not salvageable. I did often notice from walking past that the kitchen did not appear clean. Although it can’t be proven i’m also convinced I sadly contracted food poisoning from something I ate here. I have been so unwell over the weekend. I unfortunately don’t think i’ll be visiting again.

Were do I start..... This place should be shut down.... Its disgusting.... My grandkids went these... the floor was absolutely filthy... The place looks like it need a bloody good clean..... I binned there socks before they got in my car..... Wish I have took a picture of then to show people how dirty the floor was......

Had our 6yr olds birthday party here. Facilities are great, Staff were lovely and super helpful. The bubble disco especially was a nice touch that sets it apart from other soft play parties we have been to. I would suggest maybe more improved food options and clarity ahead of time re: food and party bags etc. However we highly recommend and will look forward to oue next visit

We recently had a party at Coco’s for my son who turned 4. The venue was brilliant for his age group and the staff were so experienced at holding parties that I really didn’t have to do an awful lot- which is great! I had ordered for a spider man mascot to attend the party and he was running late- the staff at coco’s were brilliant and accommodating this with no issues. Great big thank you to all at coco’s, we had a brilliant time and I would highly reccommend them for your next party, Amanda x
