The crazy golf was good fun. Kids loved it. Had to collect stamps on the way to collect a medal. On returning golf clubs a member of staff was talking to a customer/friend for a good few minutes whilst my grandchildren and myself were stood at the counter with scorecard in hand waiting to collect their medal. The staff member after finishing talking with customer/friend showed no acknowledgement that we was patiently waiting and just totally blanked us and walked away from the counter. Very poor customer service when you've got 2 toddlers excited about collecting a medal then just being ignored. At least tell us you'll be with us shortly and don't just walk off leaving us waiting a few minutes more without a word. Couldn't have been that busy if you have time to make small talk about holidays with your friend. Spoilt what would have been a great afternoon for the kids. Training needed.

The place and the course are fab. The young lad taking the money was so polite and friendly. A real asset! Shame the sat nav couldn't get us there! We rang up and got no help from whoever gave us instructions either. Luckily, a local was able to put us right after 30 mind of frustration. No need to book ahead.

This afternoon I went to the Congo Rapids Jurassic Crazy Golf. Loved the cool themed golf holes including two holes where you have to pull a rope to get across so water. Loved the animal and dinosaurs around. It was a nice break from the Catalyst Festival i attended at Norfolk Showground.

Lovely impromptu visit here, can't believe I've never been having lived just up the road for several years. Clean, tidy, well kept course. Lovely lay out and well designed holes with easy and hard options highlighted at each tee off. Was really busy on the day we went with a bit of waiting at each hole for the family ahead to finish but this only led to us cheering them on too which was lovely. Definitely will be visiting again.

Great fun! Visited here a few times, both with family, and for a work outing. Staff are friendly, and you can usually get around the course in 1-2 hours. Even if it’s busy, there’s never much of a wait to get onto the next hole. Excellent for kids and adults alike! No need to book in advance, you can just show up on the day.
