Had a picnic in this beautiful area. Benches and tables dotted around an enclosed area. Close to the station. Public toilets are in the stadium 🏟️ which is 5 mins walk away. Please experience.

Great for a wander around the lake & loads of places for the dog to cool down. Keep dog on leads & watch out for people fishing & its always quiet. A few routes to walk around or back thru lanes. Believe there is sometimes a drinks place but never seen it.

Took my autistic children to see the ducks , loved seeing the babies. The only thing I can say is to put a note on the entrance to let people know that anglers only to pass through gate as I drove in and got locked in if I knew I would of parked on the road up top but still a lovely place to take the family
