A sheltered historic walled garden playground near Roman Fort remains, with separate areas for toddlers and teenagers including sports facilities.

Hidden within the walls of a historic garden adjacent to Roman Fort remains, this Cramond playground accommodates all ages—a rare achievement. The fenced toddler section features a charming ship-themed play unit and bird's nest swing, while the larger grassy area offers equipment for older children plus football goals and basketball hoops for teenagers. A large rotating net, climbing walls, monkey bars, and listening posts add variety. The Kirk Hall's Gathering Space Cafe (Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-3pm) provides refreshments nearby. The walled location makes it tricky to spot—look for pathways near Kirk Cramond rather than main roads. Public toilets are a 3-minute walk away at the beachfront.

It's very nice. Wee park and a big park for older kids. Room to play football, nice trees, well kept but can get very muddy. Just beside cramond Kirk hall and has been used for outside kids classes during the covid years

Out of the way so not overrun, plenty of space and sheltered from the wind. What's not to like.

Nice park but loud planes. Guess you will be able to know when your flight arrives
