I attended a party tonight 15.5.26. My little girl who is aged 3 is petrified of characters and when I asked if they were any attending, they said they would let me know when they were coming out. My little girl was shaking and visibly upset, so we were offered a different room to sit in whilst the character was out in the main area. We were escorted by a lovely young girl called Rosie. She was absolutely amazing and so calm with my little girl, she gave my little one a lolly ice to calm her down and stayed with us for the duration asking her many questions to keep her mind off what was happening. I can't thank her and the other staff for the understanding, flexibility and security they showed me and my little girl. Rosie is an absolute credit to your team and thank you so much for showing so much compassion and kindness.

We had a party for my grandaughter at crazy town, she chose the disco party. Their were 15 kids in total. The staff were great. A reserved table was waiting for the adults and children. The food was great. I would recommend a party here. The staff and place was great 👍

I ordered a side of ‘fruit and veg’ little to my surprise did I receive a slice of carrot a thinnnn slice of cucumber half a slice of orange and they were kind enough to slice the 1 grape in half 🤦🏽‍♀️😩 surely that’s not ok ? Also the mayo pasta with abit of S&P seasoning was awful could have made a better one n brought it with me. Will be doin so next time. Not a reflection on staff they have all been polite and patient if anything its why I’m writing a review because the food was that bad and I don’t wanna make staff feel bad it’s not their fault

First time here after hearing about this place from a staff at Argos. No complaints, no regret. All the staffs are amazingly friendly. The price to get in is very affordable and the food is superb. Family of 5, entry fee, food, drink and play all under £100. All my kids found their own separate play areas that they enjoyed. The place is clean aswell. Overall 100%. You can stay for 2 hours. There is mascots aswell to play and dance with the kids. My kids loved it and I enjoyed the stay.

We had our daughters party here before Christmas. She had the best time. We had use of the disco which made it so so special and the Mira mascot we ordered arrived. The kids had the best time. The staff were really friendly and supportive with nothing being to much trouble. Thanks again great value for money and a great party.
