Lovely park, lots to see and do for families. Playground and new dinosaur play park so you can visit both. Lots if spaces for picnic, pond to hire pedlo if required, also few ducks to feed. Nice walk around the renovated dinosaurs, Small farm along the dinosaur walk. Theres also a leisure centre so you could add this onto your trip. Nearest station to cafe and dinosaurs was penge west which was just 5mins walk

Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space, whether that be chilling out reading a book, or playing rounders with a large group, or hosting a family birthday picnic. Renovations of the terrace currently underway so there's a few diversions. Museum is now open too. Plenty of options for travel too; train stations , multiple bus routes and more than one car park all serve one of the largest open spaces in SE London.

Crystal Palace Park is one of those places in London that you simply have to experience to believe. It's not just a park; it's a fascinating blend of history, nature, and pure quirky charm that makes for an incredibly memorable visit. If you're looking for something beyond your usual green space, this is absolutely it. It's a place that manages to be both grand and accessible, offering a fantastic day out for families, friends, or solo explorers. Come prepared to be surprised, delighted, and maybe even a little bit awed by this truly special corner of South London. A definite must-visit! 🦕🌳 maze 🦢

Fabulous wide open space. Great for family picnics etc. Wonderful woodland walks with wonderful wildlife and wild flowers. There's a sanded play area for children which is great idea. A fantastic man made lake for supervised open swimming and canoeing. Large seated area for a wide selection of food and drinks plus a small bar 🍸 You can walk for hours and quench your thirst at the small bar if that's your thing. Great well recommended

What I live about this park are the different areas, you can go and get some peace and quiet, see the dinosaurs and sit by the water, take a stroll, play, eat or pass the time just gazing. It's under some reconstruction in areas but that's all to make it more nicer!! I've been to the summer gigs too, the bowl works well for all to see, and feel connected
