I absolutely loved my visit to Cuppa Pug! As soon as I walked in, I felt so welcome. You can tell the staff genuinely love and care for the pugs, and that made the whole experience even better. The pugs were adorable, full of character, and so friendly I couldn’t stop smiling the entire time. It was such a relaxing and joyful experience, and spending time with them was exactly what I needed. The café itself was clean, cosy, and the drinks were lovely too. I left with so many great memories (and lots of photos!). If you’re thinking about visiting, do it you won’t regret it. I already can’t wait to come back!

An absolutely wonderful experience! The Staff were very helpful, friendly, and informative. The space is clean and bright, and the Cafe is excellent! The pugs are free to roam around and play with whomever they feel like, and they want to play with everyone (especially if you have a treat). Plop on the floor and somepug may choose to use you as a pillow. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Pugs were adorable! Got to feed them treats, then play with them there were many pug toys. They even had this ADORABLE pug ball pit! It was fantastic. At the time I went there was this super cute puppy called ‘doodle’ my family was lucky enough to have a chance to hold him! Also the latte designs are fantastic and extraordinary. The milkshakes were delicious and had a generous amount of cream as well. 💕 😋 This place deserves 5 stars.

We visited CuppaPug in Edinburgh today and had the best time! Staff were lovely and we really appreciated them coming over to chat and telling us more about the dogs! All of the dogs were in great shape and were clearly very happy, well looked after and loved! We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I visited the Edinburgh location yesterday, as a birthday treat. We weren't sure what to expect, as the last animal cafe we visited was for smaller dogs. The staff were really friendly and they had lots of knowledge about each dog. We were allowed to move around the room, hold the dogs and feed them treats. The dogs were very sociable and they all had a great time meeting everyone. There is a limit on how many little bowls of treats you're allowed, but that just means everyone gets a chance to give treats out, so if you want them to last, you have to take your time giving them out lol. The staff are also very mindful of the dogs individual needs and behaviours. Our overall experience was wonderful and I felt really relaxed when we left. We'll be back as soon as possible. 🥳
