We had the most wonderful time at Cuppapug Manchester! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and full of happiness. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive and clearly devoted to the gorgeous pugs in their care. We took our twin girl pugs along with us, and they absolutely loved every minute! They were made to feel so welcome and had the best time meeting, playing and socialising with all the other pugs. Seeing them enjoying themselves so much made the experience even more special for us. Every pug had their own adorable little personality, and it was such a joy to cuddle them, play with them and watch them happily pottering around. You can see how loved and well cared for they all are. The café itself was clean, cosy and beautifully organised, and the staff made sure everyone had plenty of time to enjoy being with the dogs. It was impossible to leave without a huge smile on our faces! Cuppapug is such a unique, uplifting and memorable place. It is perfect for pug lovers, animal lovers or anyone who simply needs a little extra happiness in their day. We are already looking forward to visiting again—an absolutely gorgeous experience from start to finish! 🐾💗

Absolutely brilliant experience taking my 3 children to meet the pugs! All the staff were great, and the pugs were all beautiful and obviously very well cared for and loved by the manager. Gorgeous set up, fab coffee, and the kids loved feeling the pugs some healthy treats.

Went for the first time today and loved every minute. The pugs are cute and cuddley. Yes if you have food they crowd you like a swarm of sharks but thats all the fun and to be honest who wouldnt. They are soft and cuddly and seem very relaxed with being handled by so many people. You cant just sit and wait but move about and play with them for the full experience, each has its own unique personality from shy Rolo to food demanding Derrick. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Worth every penny, will be visiting again.

Absolutely unforgettable experience, even as an owner of 3 pugs myself. Staff are very friendly and attentive of the pugs. Stars of the show are just incredible and i wanted to take every single one of them home with me. The prices were very reasonable and the cause it’s for makes it even more worth while. These guys do a fantastic job and we will be returning for sure!

Was not impressed with the Manchester Cuppapug. Overpriced to just go in to a room with pugs. I understand the pugs need food and looking after but surely the entry fee can include a pugacino? £2.50 for the smallest amount of cream I have ever seen when there’s about 12 pugs. Canned whipped cream is not expensive. Other cafe chains and business give this away for free. The staff were not engaging at all with customers. No confirmation was needed just walked in and asked if we had a booking could be anyone! It just seemed like a day care centre where members of the public can come and sit on a hard floor or bench seating which is not comfortable. No chat about adoption or anything it’s like the staff don’t want you to think about adopting so they can keep them at their home. Overall I would not return and would not recommend this to anyone unless you wanna spend at least another £10-15 on top of an entry free. We have cat cafes here where we live and they are £7 to get in and you get free treats for the cats. Maybe Cuppapug just need to look at their business plan.
