Love this local park, it has 2 different parks for different ages, large football area with goal posts, wooded area and lovely reservoir always full of ducks or geese. I've never seen a park so full of squirrels! Just frustrating people leaving their dogs poo on the main path into the park

Lovely little park for everyone's enjoyment. To even feeding the ducks on side of park.

Cut Wood Park is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit, perfect for families, walkers, and anyone who enjoys nature. The park is well-maintained and offers stunning views of the water reservoir, which adds a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The sound of the water and the surrounding greenery make it a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The walking paths are clean and easy to follow, making it ideal for a stroll or light jog. The open spaces are great for picnics, playing with children, or simply sitting back and taking in the scenery. The location is convenient yet feels wonderfully away from the busy town life. The reservoir itself is the highlight of the park, offering picture-perfect views, especially on a sunny day. It attracts ducks and other wildlife, creating a wonderful natural environment for everyone to enjoy. Cut Wood Park is a true local gem that combines beauty, tranquillity, and accessibility. Whether you visit for exercise, family time, or a peaceful walk, it never disappoints. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this lovely space. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature at its best.

Beautiful clean park for kids. Nice views of the water. Small but nice for peaceful walk or to just sit and enjoy the view and peace.
