Well what can I say.. my grandaughter took her 3 girls today and was told to leave at 5.30 so they made £4.50 from me as paid for them to go and then made £1.50 off each child that went. She wasn't told this on arrival. Please explain why this. Had to leave her coffee as was in a pot mug. Not very happy at all.

Had a birthday party there and booked 2pm-4pm was only allowed up to the party area from 3pm to put up decorations. They insisted we sang happy birthday before the children where allowed up to eat. Did not get up there till 3:10. Food was out (stail) and the kids had max of 20mins to eat as we where told to be back downstairs at 3:30. In this time the cake was lit and we sang happy birthday again!? So why sing at the bottom of the stairs? When I nipped down stairs at 3:20ish to use the loo I was stopped by another mum that want to decorate up stairs as we did when we turned up. She said she had booked from 3:30 till 5:30. I told her I am sorry but our party has just sat down to eat. She was not impressed as it says in the t&c she could arrive up to 15mins before the party starts. The way they set out these party to over lap does not work and it is rushed. The staff have no customer service skills and the host(this term is used lightly) did not introduce herself and many of the pearents of the children found her rude towards the children and themselves. There is alot to be improved. -staff training - structure of the time allowed - storage of food. It gave the whole day a bitter taste. Making it feel like all they want is your money.

My grandsons love spending Sunday afternoons at Cyril’s Soft Play! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great for children of all ages. The boys especially enjoyed seeing the macaw parrots, which made the visit even more special. A lovely, family-friendly place to spend a few hours.

Had a good time here today with my 2 year old. Quiet in the afternoon and during term time. Lots of things for children to play. Huge soft play area. Other ride on cars available for £1. Taken him to a few soft play centres now and this one is the cleanest in my opinion. Definitely will return and recommmed. 10/10

Visited today with my 1 year old and we had the best time. The new baby room upstairs is fantastic! So many different toys for my son to play with including a ball pit, multiple sensory items, rocking horses, a tunnel and a little area with pillows in a teepee which we used for reading. We were lucky enough to be the only ones using the area as it was a Monday lunch time but I can imagine that even when it’s a little busier it will be just a good as it’s such a good sized room! Lunch was lovely as always too. Thank you all!
