A newly renovated green corridor playground with musical stepping stones, small trampolines, and dedicated zones for toddlers through teenagers.

Transformed from a neglected space into a brilliant community hub, Dalry Community Park reopened with comprehensive equipment for all ages. Highlights include musical stepping stones leading to a basket swing, a climbing wall connected to a large net structure with tube slide, small trampolines, and two separate rope climbing installations. The dedicated toddler zone features imaginative play huts, while a ball court with goals and hoops serves older children. Outdoor gym equipment, balance beams, and picnic facilities round out the offerings. Located in Edinburgh's green corridor between Roseburn and the Union Canal, the revamped park features varied ground covering including wood chips, grass, and cushioned rubber.

Nice park overall, but let down by poor construction. For example, the concrete benches don’t appear to have proper foundations — they’re just held in place by their own weight, which seems like an accident waiting to happen. Also, there are no bins anywhere, so it’s no surprise there’s litter scattered around. A few improvements would make a big difference!

We came across this on a bike ride into town on the new route from Roseburn, and my 10yo son thought that it was excellent and well worth a visit. Nice variety of areas, plenty of space to spread out. He particularly liked the long climbing wall, the spider nets and the tune pad to jump on.

What a mad improvement done by the brainy council? Slippy stairs, sharp beton ornaments around the kids playground. Lobotomy led project!

Just been entirely done up! Beautiful space now, has brand new basketball courts, playground equipment (inc. climbing frames, trampolines, a bouldering wall, etc), benches and space to sit, and much more. Connects you to the new path which leads right to the Roseburn Path. An excellent addition to the community :)
