Pleasant walk round lakes. Sometimes there's a stand seeing hot drinks.

Daneshill Lakes is a dog walkers dream. Lots of tracks around the lakes and wooded areas for dogs on leads. Across the road are woods where dogs can be let off. Beware of stagnant water though as dogs can be rather smelly and black if they go in! No charge for car park or walking areas. Fishing is allowed but with permits only. No toilet or cafe available. Walks around the lake can be done with a pushchair but some wheelchairs may struggle in parts due to uneven surfaces.

Fantastic easy walk, I love bringing my dogs here. It’s always lovely and quiet first thing in a morning. Definitely a must visit location.

Great for a lovely scenic walk, easy going can talk the dog or easy on mobility scooter as there is a gravel path all around the lake, boat club Sundays during the summer, gets a bit muddy this time of year but also other walks in the woods. Great little place with coffee truck most days.

Beautiful place to walk the dogs. If yours like to stop and sniff around, too, its easily an hour's worth of an adventure. Bring water if out during warmer weather, plenty of benches on the main path around the lake to take a lovely break.
