A lovely country park. Parking is paid for - cash or app only at the moment I believe. It's a lovely walk around, with lots of wildlife to see. A good play area, clean toilets and a cafe. We came for the open water swimming, and would definitely recommend booking on to a session and giving it a try!

I really enjoyed coming here with my bf. We had a great walk around the lake on a hot Sunday. There’s a great little cafe area just before you start the walk round and many benches around the lake to sit at and take in the view. Would 100% recommend for walkers/ runners.

A lovely country park with beautiful views, a small quaint café, and toilets. There are options to park elsewhere in town to avoid paying for parking and to extend your walk. Unless we missed it, we couldn’t find a children’s play area anywhere around the park. Wouldn’t recommend this place for young children.

I visited Daventry Country Park twice, and both times felt refreshing and peaceful. The reservoir walk was calming, surrounded by greenery and bird calls. On my last visit, I wandered into the nearby village and found a beautiful canal-side road. It was quiet, almost hidden, with the still water reflecting the sky the kind of place that makes you slow down and just enjoy the moment. Those simple walks made the trip feel really special.
