Staff are nice, but infrastructure is tired and or broken. Gym showers have been out of action for months.

Not sure where the justification is for £7.75 a swim … pool smelt like wet faeces and urine. Changing rooms were dirty, not in the typical sense of a public pool, again permeating smells; cubicles that don’t lock; toilets that feel acidic. The reason I make these points is so management (if they read it) do not blame the staff, but actually put some of the outrageous prices back into the place to bring it up to a acceptable standard!

Decent local gym. Equipment gets very busy for the numbers of clients, especially the school children at times, so there's often a wait or you can't get on at all and have to do something else instead. There's often a broken machine or paper for wipedown has run out, so it's at max capacity I think. I would like to see it stay open later on the weekends like other gyms, the 4pm finish is quite early.

Tired gym with worn equipment in de Stafford and village sites. Changing rooms at all three sites are a disgrace, dirty floors, and broken lockers. Staff are friendly but never answer the phone, ever. And never seem to do any work on fixing the centres problems. Village has had a jucuzzi out of action for over a year. No water tap near sauna. Whole place is run with zero care about the facilities. The fact they charge the same as premium gym is a disgrace and only because there are no decent alternatives in the area.. If there were any competition and a new gym opened up, this place would be finished and closed within a year.

This gym hounded me out by illegally discriminating against me on the basis of my disability (autism). I am extremely sensitive to aural overstimulation, and I required the radio to be turned off just while I was there because having to endure it was physically *excruciating*. I made a request for a reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act 2010, on the grounds that I *needed* the radio turned off (just while I was there) whereas nobody else *needed* it on. The radio had only started being played recently; for years prior, it had never been turned on, so the decision to turn it on was completely arbitrary, and so was their refusal. They said that other patrons might *want* it on, but wants do not trump needs, either as a matter of morality or as a matter of law. The way I was treated was disgusting and puerile, and I would advise anyone against joining this gym or any gym run by this company in the most strenuous of terms, because they have proven that they do not care about either their paying customers or their obligations under the law.
