Lovely museum. So much to see as well. Nice man who served us and told us the museum works on a one way system. Such interesting displays. Both the adults and younger children enjoyed the museum.

lots and lots of fossils on display here to look at! a must see for any who are enthusiastic about fossils. there were lots of plaques with info, diagrams etc. its definitely a place that is great for kids and adults alike. I loved every second, as you can tell my favourites are the trilobites. the only downside was there wasnt a gift shop, as I love to buy magnets from museums but overall a great way to spend an hour or 2 in lyme regis

Brilliant museum. Like a mini Natural History Museum. Great for all ages. Such an extensive collection. I would have liked to have stayed longer but my mobility issues prevented this. I would suggest a couple of more chairs placed at intervals would have been helpful. I would highly recommend a visit. Dogs loved it too!

Amazing! A ton of fossils, skeletons and other bits. My 5 year old loved every piece in this place and I wasn’t bored either! Very impressive collection! The parking is nearby so it’s very easy to get to.

This is a huge collection of fossils and rocks spanning multiple eras with small but informative descriptions of what you’re viewing. We couldn’t believe how many fossils were actually on display along with all the areas around the world that they were discovered. A truly fascinating place for those who are interested in fossils, palaeontology and geology. You can tell that there has been a big amount of effort put in to ensuring as much is displayed as possible within the confines of the building.
