Been bringing my little boy here weekly since we moved to Durham and he just loves it! The play frame is a great size, well maintained and cafe has a fab selection of food and drinks. Often come with friends for a catch up because the vibe is just lovely. They post daily about their opening hours on their socials so best to check as with any play area they sometimes have birthday parties on. Fab little find that’s easy to get to. Staff are lovely and attentive with the kids.

I hadn’t heard of dragonflies until someone recommended it to me and we have been going since! My little boy (22 months) loves it, it’s a great soft play and fab way to burn off his energy! The cafe has a big variety on the menu! The staff are all lovely, it’s also free parking!! I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Too many bad reviews lately for a great place to visit with the kids. I was here quite early on a Saturday morning for a party and fail to see how tables are "squashed" together. There's plenty of room between each table, but I would advise not to bring prams inside as that will make it squashed. There's plenty for the kids to do and it's all spaced and levelled out perfectly. There's a football/basket ball area above a party room with a medium sized trampoline above the kitchen. There's a 3 tiered play area for the kids to play in with multiple slides and peep holes to keep an eye on them with. Against the back wall there's a small (5ft) climbing area. Even the toddler area is on 2 tiers so they can enjoy all sorts of activities too. The food is decently priced and the kids lunchboxes are great value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there's just a general nice aesthetic feel to the place.
