We booked an exclusive party for our son and I’m so glad we did! The staff were really attentive, always checking in throughout. Everything was explained at arrival so we weren’t left guessing. It felt really personal and the staff made a fuss of our son at all times. The party flowed so well and we literally didn’t have to do anything. All our friends commented on how the exclusive party made such a difference. Highly recommend!

Nice large play area for the children. Ample seating for the adults. Food and drink a little pricey. I attended a children's party with my 7yr old who has severe allergies and was told that a vegan option would be provided. Whilst the rest of the children had lots of cakes, chocolate, crisps and biscuits etc my son was given a sandwich, crisps, pot of jelly and a banana. Luckily I had brought some of his free from foods and sweet treats with me so he didnt feel left out so I was not impressed that they had literally just provided the bare minimum to conform to legislation instead of taking into account the child's feelings and providing some similar options like the rest of the children had. Only real criticism I have and it would be nice if in future they considered extending the allergy free options when hosting a children's party.

We have had our daughter’s birthday parties here 3 years on the trot and can never fault it! We always tend to book the exclusive party. They allow you to have joint parties so this year we booked the exclusive party along with 3 other school friends who had birthdays close to my daughters birthday and had full use of the soft-play all to ourselves along with all our friends and family. The added bonus that you get to split the cost with the other parents so it’s just a no brainer! If you’re looking for a place with minimal stress then this is the best place! We opted for the hot food option which is always great. We have also been to parties that have the cold buffet which is also fab. They are so accommodating here and the kids absolutely love it every time. No complaints from us whatsoever. 10/10 every time!!

We had our grandsons birthday party here and booked the place to have to ourselves as we have autistic grandchildren, the kids had an amazing time . The staff were brilliant they help us keep track of the time , layed the tables out for the food. Cooked the food beautifully and tidied up afterwards too. We would definitely recommend it to anyone else, stress free kids party's are a must these days and these guys pulled it off for us . Very happy 😊

Only recently discovered this soft play as we had a party there. We now travel from Pontardawe regularly as the kids love, love, love it. I like that the frame is connected all the way through and there's plenty for all ages and the staff are on the ball with rules. Lovely little place. See you tomorrow. Xx
