This is such a great experience and really cool on a hot sunny day! The guys who told us the stories and drove the boat were so lovely and really informative. Highly recommend adding this on when you go to the Black Country Museum.

Fantastic place really enjoyed my time and coffee and cake. Carol Tami are lovely made me very welcome. So did the captain of the boat and college with all the information of the site . Lot of questions too.

This was a lovely experience today. The guides were really friendly and very knowledgeable. The trip takes around 45 minutes. It was very interesting and there’s a lovely gift shop and cafe to visit too.

We entered from the bottom end of the Black country living museum. But you can use there own entrance and car park so check the price online. As you enter the building there's a small cafe and a seating area towards the back there is a gift shop and a counter where you can book for the canal trip through the tunnels and caverns. We paid £14 each and jumped on the 11.30 trip, be aware book early so not to be disappointed as it gets really busy. Lots of fun on our little voyage that lasted for about an hour the highlight was Mark the guide who was hilarious. So a massive thankyou to him and our skilled Skipper definitely made our experience one to remember. Plenty of pictures and videos below that speaks more than words. The bonus here is you can come back as many times as you like over the year and cruise down the canal and tunnels as many times as you like. Terms and conditions apply so ask at the booking / gift shop counter so you can avail of this great offer. From start to finish it's a 10 out of 10 experience we would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning. Big thankyou to all the brilliant staff that made our visit so memorable.

Great day out. Very knowledgeable guides telling great stories about the past. Wonderful day out for all ages. Tickets are cheaper if broght online. I wish I bought a picnic to have by the canal. Went to Mad O'Rourkes Pie Factory instead which was also great :)
