Lovely tennis courts. They have outdoor artificial clay, outdoor poraflex hard court , or indoor hard court. One of the best public courts in peripheral central London!

Dukes Meadows is a great place to work on your golf, whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve. The driving range is well maintained, and the Par 3 course is a real hidden gem—challenging enough to be fun while still being easy to book, making it perfect for a quick round. A special mention to Vlad for his coaching. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and focuses on helping you understand the fundamentals rather than just making quick fixes. Every lesson leaves you learning something new and improving your game. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🏌️‍♂️

Please improve the Tee Boxes! Welcoming starter, 15 minute delay in start time but not matter (10.06am tee time). The Tee boxes were in such bad shape, all dirt except 6 and 8. I took my two club allowance back to find turf. The Tee boxes rate 1/5 Greens 3/5 Starter welcome 3/5 Golf Shop 3/5 A 9 hole tract played in 60 minutes would be perfect please work on the Tee boxes please.....

I am only reviewing the golf aspect of Dukes Meadows as I have not tried the Ski or Tennis facilities, though I hear the Tennis courts are very good. The range is a very acceptable offering, and although not cheap (£8 for 60), it's not by any means a rip off. Comparable ranges in the area often charge 20-40% more. Mats were replaced a year or so ago and are mostly in good condition, there are some trackman bays on offer (I think the pricing structure for these is more aggressive but again, not beyond reason). The par three course is good fun, and more relaxed than other reviews indicate. There's no strict dress code in my experience, and it's welcoming to beginners. The greens here are actually very challenging (small with lots of undulation and false fronts), and are in good condition. The condition of the bunkers ranges from acceptable to poor. It's a par three so set your expectations accordingly. At £15 a head I'd say it's fair value, slightly less so at £18 as you can get a 9 hole green fee on a proper course for a similar amount. Richmond park can be £25 for a full 18 in the week, for example. There is a medium sized putting green available for use which is great. There is a also a short game area behind the range, but in my experience this is not open to the general public and is lessons only, I could be mistaken here though. Perhaps allowing people to purchase tickets to use the short game area would be a good idea? Staff are mostly young and friendly. There used to a very grumpy older man (perhaps manager, see other reviews) who was always rude and seemed annoyed you decided to turn up to use the facilities, but I have not seen him in many months so presumably he has moved on. All the other staff members are polite and kind. I unexpectedly ran into one of the Dukes Meadow's fitters on a different golf course some weeks ago and he was helpful in giving me tips on my equipment. My friend has been fitted here and had good feedback; there are two covered trackman bays for fitting and ample lessons on offer. I have likewise received positive feedback about the coaches here. The opening hours are wide, and although it has gotten busier in recent years (a good thing, as it shows the increasing popularity of golf), I rarely have to wait for a bay. For those who like to video their swings there is room behind the bays to set up a tripod, which is appreciated. Overall a strong golfing facility with a variety of options available at a fair price.

Shout out to Duke’s Meadows Golf starter,Mike, and about three groups of golfers who got my Ray-bans back to me after dropping them a fun round yesterday. Thanks again Mike and the honest golfers of DM. Even better I discovered had had my car washed and polished while I was playing.I shone so much I really needed the sunglasses. Thank you everyone involved. Great place.Great fun. Charles.
