Lovely park, didn't realise it was on our doorstep. Nice walk around and a coffee at the end. Lovely little shop and a play area for the kids.

This is a small but very convenient country park. Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces, so you can find a spot even on weekends and public holidays. The park has a light meal restaurant and a small shop selling local farm produce, making it suitable for picnics or just spending a relaxing afternoon. A visit to the park takes about an hour and a half, with most of the paths being simple and flat, but be aware that half of them are dirt paths, so comfortable sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended. The park also has a very large playground where you'll see many children and their parents playing on weekends.

Fantastic park with amazing views, lots of walking routes and loads to play on and explore for kids. They have a cafe and toilets. The whole park is on a hill so expect a bit of uphill walking. Oh, and they have reindeer and ponies.

Beautiful manor house and the park and forest are really nice to walk around. There is a cafe, toilets and a playground for kids. Huge car park too which is free 😊 definitely worth a visit! I think I saw a dog wash there too!

It’s a beautiful, serene country park with a designated play area for children with allocated seating nearby for parents/guardians. The walk in at most intermediate as there are some slight inclines however, majority of the path is light. Theres lot of huge Oak trees which was amazing to see and wood crafts throughout the park. There is an area to make purchases which has a variety of drinks, treats and eats. Ice cream bars were about £2.80 for one. There is a small duck pond with seating nearby and feed available for purchase. Very dog friendly with a dog wash area, as well as food on sale. Best part is Free parking! So you can make it a day long outing bring your blankets etc.
