We booked a Birthday train ride for our 6yo twins birthday party and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff looked after us really well. We had a fab steam train just for the kids and some adults, and two long goes around the track! It was a good hour overall. Well worth the money and would highly recommend for anyone thinking of booking a birthday train. ride.
Lovely little railway with a ride through tunnels and over bridges. Halfway stop to go to adventure playground if you want. About 1.5 miles
Absolute bargain! Took our toddler for a ride on this today, the volunteers were friendly and helpful and the trip itself was great fun; bridges, tunnels, gnomes, engine sheds, there was lots to see and it was brilliantly cared for. We'll be back, thank you! PS. Extra points for naming an engine 'Balrog'! 👏🏼
Its £3.50 for an adult return journey no concessions it seems for OAP s. Free for kids under 2 and £2.50 for everyone else. You can also stop.at a halfway point and rejoin the train later. The stop had a children's play area . Its about a mile trip all in all.Plenty of trains so not a long wait. Decent enough miniature train ride trip takes about 15 minutes.. it's very popular with adults and children.its open all weekends from Easter onwards.
A delightful miniature railway staffed by friendly volunteers. There is a variety of rolling stock including ride-on and ride-in trains, which take you on a lovely trip around an extensive route. The to-scale trackside equipment is beautifully presented and maintained, and there are bridges, tunnels and all sorts of scenery. An absolute must if you are in the area. Prices are very reasonable, and refreshments are available at the nearby Kingsbury Water Park Visitors' Centre.
