We came here as a group of bike riders. The visitor centre closes early i think its around 4 or 5 pm. But the car park is open. There is enough places for the cars and bikes to park.

I had been to see the reservoir however the dams were closed and no water flowing through. I was disappointed for i didn't check the best time to visit. But but but.... this made me happy somehow and my journey got some worthwhile. There was some space by the side of the road in front of this waterfall for one car to be parked and enjoy the view.

Stunning, the toilets are vile though. Not been flushed or cleaned for a very long time. Didn't ruin our hike though👌 Free parking too

This is a beautiful place. I arrived at 8am on a very warm Thursday and the carpark was deserted. Had a lovely walk, it's very clean, my dog loved it.

Absolutely stunning! It's my new favourite place in Wales & I can not wait to go back. We spent almost 6 hours here on a relatively dry May bank holiday. Whilst we went to see the dams we underestimated how much walking was involved between each one. The map I picked up in the visitor centre didn't help at all. We managed to see two, with the first one just behind the visitors centre and the second next to the Penbont House Tearooms and B&B. Thankfully just following the very accessible path made it easier to navigate our way as we didn't really know where we were going. We know you can drive and park between each one but we wanted to soak up the scenery because it is gorgeous. Fresh air, the sound of water and wildlife was just what was needed for a glorious day - if, like me, you like that sort of thing :) If you're not interested in walking there are car parks at each point and one car parking pass covers all. There aren't many points where there are facilities like toilets though. The visitor centre does have them but check opening times. If you do enjoy a walk in the outdoors then this will not disappoint and I highly recommend a visit.
